01.Software Architecture & File Possession
MiniFolio provides client-side computational utilities for image and video compression, resizing, and format conversion. All tasks execute locally within your browser sandbox utilizing HTML5, WebAssembly, and local hardware resources.
MiniFolio does not host, replicate, transmit, possess, or store your original or converted media files. Because the application operates as an in-browser local tool, MiniFolio has neither physical custody nor digital possession of the materials you select for processing.
02.Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to select, load into browser memory, compress, convert, or process any of the following prohibited categories:
- Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSAM): Strictly prohibited without exception.
- Non-Consensual Media: Intimate or sexual content shared without explicit participant consent.
- Hardcore Pornography & Nudity: Explicit sexual acts and illicit nudity.
- Sexually Explicit Illustrations: Explicit drawings, animated pornography, or hentai.
- Unlawful or Violent Content: Terrorist incitement, depictions of extreme violence, or illegal material.
- Infringing Works: Media violating third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets.
Sole User Liability: Because all tasks run on your own hardware with zero server involvement, you retain sole and exclusive legal liability for all content processed. MiniFolio completely disclaims all liability for user-selected content.
03.Automated NSFW Screening & "Not 100% Infallible" Disclaimer
MiniFolio incorporates automated client-side machine learning to detect and block explicit adult material before files enter processing. However, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Not 100% Infallible: Machine learning image and video classification is inherently probabilistic. Automated screening cannot and does not guarantee 100% detection of explicit or prohibited content. Some explicit material may evade detection (false negatives), and compliant, safe files may occasionally be flagged (false positives).
- "As-Is" Tool: Content safety screening is provided strictly on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of perfection, completeness, or fitness for any legal moderation standard.
- No Shift of Legal Liability: The existence, operation, failure, or inaccuracy of automated safety screening does not shift any legal responsibility to MiniFolio. You remain solely, exclusively, and personally liable for all media you select and process.
04.Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
You retain 100% full, unencumbered ownership and copyright over all images, videos, audio, and documents you process. MiniFolio asserts zero intellectual property rights, licenses, or ownership claims over your content.

MiniFolio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MiniFolio and its maintainers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
In no event shall MiniFolio or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from performance issues, browser crashes, or device degradation during heavy client-side processing.
