01.Software Architecture & File Possession

MiniFolio provides client-side computational utilities for image and video compression, resizing, and format conversion. All tasks execute locally within your browser sandbox utilizing HTML5, WebAssembly, and local hardware resources.

MiniFolio does not host, replicate, transmit, possess, or store your original or converted media files. Because the application operates as an in-browser local tool, MiniFolio has neither physical custody nor digital possession of the materials you select for processing.

02.Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to select, load into browser memory, compress, convert, or process any of the following prohibited categories:

Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSAM): Strictly prohibited without exception.
Non-Consensual Media: Intimate or sexual content shared without explicit participant consent.
Hardcore Pornography & Nudity: Explicit sexual acts and illicit nudity.
Sexually Explicit Illustrations: Explicit drawings, animated pornography, or hentai.
Unlawful or Violent Content: Terrorist incitement, depictions of extreme violence, or illegal material.
Infringing Works: Media violating third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets.

Automated Safety & Anti-Circumvention: MiniFolio incorporates client-side machine learning to reject explicit files locally. You agree not to bypass, disable, tamper with, or circumvent these safety screening models. Attempting to evade safety checks constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Sole User Liability: Because all tasks run on your own hardware with zero server involvement, you retain sole and exclusive legal liability for all content processed. MiniFolio completely disclaims all liability for user-selected content.

03.Automated Screening Disclaimers

The client-side safety system relies on probabilistic machine learning models. You acknowledge and agree that:

Probabilistic Nature: Classification models may occasionally produce false positives (blocking safe files) or false negatives (failing to flag prohibited files).
"As-Is" Provision: Safety screening is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of completeness or suitability for any moderation requirement.
No Shift of Responsibility: Automated screening does not constitute active monitoring by MiniFolio, nor does it relieve you of sole legal liability.

04.Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain 100% full, unencumbered ownership and copyright over all images, videos, audio, and documents you process. MiniFolio asserts zero intellectual property rights, licenses, or ownership claims over your content.
